Soul City Voices is a unique and versatile group of vocalists, coming together to create unforgettable performances. With innovative and exciting arrangements, slick harmonies and a commitment to excellence, our performances are exciting, joyous and uplifting. Our passion for music drives us to deliver the highest quality sound for public perfomances, weddings, corporate events, private parties and as accompaniment to other artists at festivals and on tour. We take pride in our ability to read the room and curate the perfect atmosphere that captures the essence of each event.
Our sound is a mixture of Soul, RnB, Pop and Disco classics, with super high quality vocals – the best money can buy. Our MD, Matt Lammin, is dedicated to taking every client’s vision and bringing it to life, with tailored set lists and the option of bespoke arrangements to make every event unique. We are accompanied by piano and the option of electronic drum pads, to elevate the sound to the next level.
Soul City Voices formed in 2022 to take on a Sunday residency at Alma de Cuba in Liverpool. Since December 2022, they have performed weekly Sunday Service sets at Alberts Schloss Liverpool, which is now their spiritual home! Although fairly new as a group, each member has their own long list of extensive industry experience, having all supported or backed an array of great artists globally, including Celine Dion, Chic and Nile Rodgers, Ringo Starr, Take That, Bon Jovi, Josh Groban, Mika, Seal, Natasha Bedingfield, Gladys Knight and Lionel Richie.
Soul City Voices aim to reach audiences as far and wide as possible, and to share their infectious love for collective singing with every audience they meet. Their close bond is evident on and off stage, with fun and laughter always pouring out of them, which only adds to their skilfully blended sound.
