As the band chosen to perform to a reported 300,000 people in London’s Hyde Park for the Royal Wedding celebrations of William and Kate in 2011, and having worked for big name corporations like Coca Cola, Vodaphone, ABN Ambro and many more, MIB know how to entertain, whether it be for a small, intimate wedding at your home, or a large outdoor festival style event.
A recent survey to some of the bands previous clients showed there was one factor that shone above all others when they booked MIB – chemistry. This band has huge chemistry, and it comes from one thing alone – a love for what they do. This is a group of musicians who quite simply LOVE every second of their job, and each other, and it shows the minute they jump on the stage to the minute they leave.
Performing all the fun, party classics from modern day all the way back to the good old days, MIB have an extensive repertoire and pride themselves on no two performances ever being the same. They’ll read the audience and let the music flow with the energy of the evening. This means if your audience are calling out for some disco classics, they’ll get an impromptu medley of all their favourite 70s tunes. If the band spot a group of keen air guitarists in the crowd, out come the ripping guitar solos. MIB are the type of band that feed and thrive off of you and your audience, and they play to please, so you can expect nothing but dance-floor-fillers and sing-along-anthems all night.

Deciding to add ‘live’ walk up music for the awards presentation itself was a first for us, and the decision proved right. The ‘stings’ ranged from intense to amusing – our Managing Editor walked up to the Mission Impossible theme – and caused one of our guests to remark that it was ‘just like the Oscars’. On the business and organising side, I have to say that MIB offer tremendous value for money, backed by the highest levels of professionalism and heaps of clear and concise communication.
