Book the Celtic Dance Company to perform their energetic Irish dance routines at your next event. They guarantee to liven up your event and introduce some fun with their audience participation, or bring the magic and romance of Ireland to your wedding.
Celtic Dance Company is an Irish Dance troupe based in London and run by professional dancer, Rachel Downey. Rachel spent 6 years touring around the world with hit show Riverdance and has performed in over 32 countries worldwide.
In 2013 Rachel was invited to coach Ant & Dec in a London studio and also performed on the ITV show Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway.
Rachel is a fully qualified T.C.R.G and also runs Downey Academy of Irish Dance. She has also danced on Strictly Come Dancing in Denmark and performed at a charity event for Prince William and Bono.
Celtic Dance Company performed on ITV’s Mad Mad World for Paddy McGuiness back in 2012. The Irish dance troupe performs for weddings and other events across the UK. They provide a 30-minute performance including a Riverdance routine and audience participation. All the professional dancers have toured with Riverdance or Lord of the Dance and 2 of the male dancers are current World Champions.
