The Online Taiko Experience is delivered by a live trainer via Zoom to your team at home or in the office, anywhere in the world.

Cast aside the wooden spoons with a pair of real Taiko drum sticks. They’re strong, perfectly balanced and feel great in your hands. We’ll engrave them with your logo if you like, and send them to your office or directly to the members of your team in advance of the session.

About your Taiko Trainer, Mark Alcock
Mark first studied Taiko with the Tennon Daiko drummers of Wakayama prefecture in Southern Japan. His teachers included Katsuji Kondo, former front man of the world famous Kodo drummers.
On his return to the UK in 1994, he set up the county’s first hands-on Taiko drumming workshops for schools and community.
Mark then founded Rhythmworks in 2000, harnessing Taiko’s discipline, focus and teamwork to build successful teams within leading corporate organisations.
In 2001 he set up London’s Taiko Meantime, one of the UK’s foremost Taiko drumming ensembles. In addition to theatrical Taiko performances, they recently performed on Wes Anderson’s ‘Isle of Dogs’ animation, were part of the orchestra for the epic ‘Terminator: Live’ screenings, and proudly played at the flame lighting ceremony at Stoke Mandeville which kicked off the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic games.
